Sonic Loans® is looking for a licensed and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our team and ensure a seamless mortgage process for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with borrowers to complete loan applications, collect and review supporting documents, and assist throughout the loan process to keep transactions moving smoothly. You’ll also help maintain strong relationships with referral partners, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to support business growth. Responsibilities: • Assist borrowers in completing loan applications and ensure accuracy. • Collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documents in compliance with guidelines. • Communicate with clients, referral partners, real estate agents, and lenders to provide updates and keep transactions on track. • Support the loan officer with file management, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. • Provide an exceptional client experience by ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process. Qualifications: • Active NMLS mortgage license (required). • Experience in mortgage processing, loan origination, or lending support. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 yearly
