Responsibilities: • Verify income and assets, and gather necessary documentation as needed. • Utilize DU (Desktop Underwriter) and LP (Loan Prospector) for loan processing. • Price loans and prepare them for submission. • Secure loan approvals and ensure all paperwork is complete. • Coordinate weekly pipeline meetings with processors. • Provide regular updates to all involved parties, including borrowers, agents, and team members. • Offer exceptional service to create satisfied borrowers and agents who are eager to recommend our mortgage loan officers to their acquaintances. Qualifications: • To be considered for this position in Fort Lauderdale, FL, US, you must possess an active State NMLS license. • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional office environment is required, with preference given to those who have worked as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant. • Proficiency in MS Office is a must, while experience with CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software is highly preferred. • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. • A college degree in finance or banking is preferred, though a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
