Who we are looking for: Therapists!!!!

We’re on the lookout for exceptional clinicians to join our team! We have openings for LMHC, LICSW, LMFT and Clinical Psychologists.

This is perfect for clinicians who want nothing to do with the "business side" of private practice — Ellie is designed to take care of it all for you, so you can just focus on delivering care!

Keep your current position and start as a part-time therapist with afternoon and evening hours. Then transition into a full-time position once your caseload is full. This gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure this is a good fit! Or we can start you as a full time therapist as well. We are flexible and work with you!

    You will:

Make a difference in the lives of diverse populations and fill the gap on the Eastside!

Feel heard and have fun at your job.

Grow and have your creativity encouraged.

Be part of a place where you can contribute to the vision and culture of a brand-new clinic full of autonomy, flexibility, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity

Have referrals matched to your specialty profile and scheduled for you.

Have a flexible schedule that meets your needs.

Have the flexibility to work remotely, as well as in office

Our daily work is inspired by delivering better client outcomes and making access to mental health easier! Our inspiration is to always be better—we want to grow into the kind of group practice that clients are delighted to recommend, and that clinicians seek out to practice care!

    We Offer:

Flexibility and Autonomy: Focus on what you do best—providing excellent clinical care—whether in-office or via telehealth, on a schedule that suits you and your clients. Time to Recharge: Enjoy guilt-free PTO & Sick Leave that you've accrued, including wellness days.

Comprehensive Health Benefits: Full-time employees get medical plus dental/vision benefits. We pick up 50% of the premiums.

Professional Essentials: Malpractice insurance, licensure fee, CE reimbursement, and support in furtherance of specialized clinical training.

Community and Connection: Case consults, socials throughout the year, and the support of a wonderful Clinical Director.

Best Tech & Thoughtfully Designed Offices: Our spaces are beautiful in design with stylish furnishings, accents, and live plants! We take care of all the tech for you.

    Compensation Package

W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly + Excellent Benefits Package: We've tried to make it straight-forward as possible! $50-80/hr, depending on the payor mix for your case load.

Unique in the Industry/Stable Pay Structure: Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on claims

Potential for More: There’s a potential for higher earnings as you grow with Ellie and as Ellie grows in Bellevue, especially if you’re flexible with your evenings and weekends.

    Responsibilities Include:

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.

Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
