Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) Exciting opportunity at our esteemed clinic in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, CA for an Outpatient Counselor specializing in LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW roles. This position is based in-office and not remote. Full-time positions (32-40 hours) are available with a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities: At Grow Through Life Counseling, our clinicians work to ensure that the location they oversee runs smoothly and patient care is the utmost priority. The duties of our clinicians include ensuring every patient who is seen at the location has a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door until the end of their treatment. Clinicians are onsite at the location where they see clients. It is expected that they bring positive, calm, and professional energy to the workspace. The clinicians will contribute to a positive and inviting office morale. Our clinicians work closely with other clinical leaders from every location and report to the director of clinical administration. Clinical Leader Responsibilities: • Prioritize a positive client experience at the office location (and for the telehealth clients) • When needed, consult with licensed staff (plus monthly licensed consultation) • Monthly check-ins with all clinicians at the office • Contribute to a new staff member’s onboarding and ongoing training experience • Problem-solve and find solutions independently • Be available in the office for safety concerns, questions, and consistent support • When needed, interview potential candidates for the location • Communicate with Clinical Leader in regard to office supplies • Communicate with the leadership regarding clinical matters and hiring concerns • Attend monthly Clinical consultation meeting • Meet individually once a month with the Clinical Leader Lead and live by the company values: • Growth Mindset • Work-life balance • Integrity and trust • A sense of purpose • Fantastic culture • Emotional investment in relationships • Encourage and recognize others while nurturing relationships • Lifelong learning and development • Maintaining a high-quality patient experience • Commitment to providing great clinical care Qualifications: • Must hold a valid California license • Preferably have experience in Military Culture • Proficient in assessment and diagnosis • Skilled in treatment planning • Experienced in providing outpatient care • Willingness to work with couples is preferred • Experience with military populations is preferred • Ability to provide clinical supervision • Must be a team player • Capable of multitasking and responding promptly • Strong organizational skills • Firm understanding of clinical boundaries • Ready to take on a leadership role • Can address both employment-related and clinical concerns • Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
