Role Overview:
In this critical role within our local Allstate agency, you will be instrumental in driving growth through new client engagements and fostering impactful community relationships. Leveraging your proven sales track record, you'll use your insurance expertise and sales skills to enrich customer understanding of insurance's value, establishing long-lasting relationships through superior service and reliable advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed sales targets by generating new business.
Enhance our brand’s presence through active networking within the community.
Offer tailored Allstate product solutions to meet customers' needs, ensuring their financial security.
Inform and educate potential clients on how to protect their families and assets.

We're Looking For:
An active P&C Insurance License holder.
Individuals with a strong history in insurance sales performance.

What We Offer:
Salary: A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $70,000 per year, with bonus and commission potential.

Requirements:
