As our next physical therapist, we're looking for a medical professional who is enthusiastic about patient care. You will work with individuals who experience mobility problems following surgery or an injury and assist them in creating a treatment strategy. In this position, you will be in charge of putting together individualized health and fitness programs for patients as well as giving them physical therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Responsibilities: • Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients • Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments • Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs Qualifications: • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting Compensation: $80,500
