  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for a healthcare professional who is passionate about helping patients as our next physical therapist. You will work with people who have mobility issues after surgery or an injury, and help them develop a treatment plan. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating personalized health and fitness plans for patients while also providing them with physical therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of patient issues and will also be up-to-date on the most recent developments in treatment. To qualify for this position, you must have a doctorate in physical therapy and be licensed to practice in the state in which you seek employment. Responsibilities: • Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor • Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines • Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals • Analyze and draw conclusions based on data collected from the patient's tests and examinations What We’re Looking For: • An individual who thrives in a lively, positive culture and is committed to making a real impact on our patients’ lives • Life long learners • DPT who's Insistent on helping patients get better and achieve success • A Team player • An owner of your craft Qualifications: • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • This position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 yearly
