Responsibilities: • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with policies while ensuring patient safety in Detroit, MI, US. • Assess patients' conditions thoroughly, document any changes observed, and promptly report to the supervisor, physician, and family members. • Provide personalized nursing care to clients based on established nursing standards and protocols under appropriate supervision. • Implement care plans developed by physicians and Registered Nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain the quality and safety of home health services delivered to patients and their families in Detroit, MI, US. • Educate patients and caregivers on relevant information related to diagnoses and individualized care plans. • Create a safe and healthy work environment conducive to optimal patient care outcomes. • Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses and clinical staff to coordinate home health services seamlessly. • Assist clients in acquiring necessary self-care skills and activities for their well-being. • Monitor and document patient activities diligently as required for accurate record-keeping. • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support efficient healthcare delivery. • Administer IVs and manage dressings to facilitate healing processes effectively. • Maintain clear communication channels with the patient's medical providers for coordinated care. • Support patients with medication administration and wound care procedures. • Tailor care to meet the specific needs of each patient based on factors like age, injury, or illness experienced. Qualifications: • Record and document all relevant activities following the care plan accurately. • Provide education and information regarding diagnosis and care plan to patients and their families. • Utilize equipment and supplies efficiently and effectively during duties. • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of activities as per guidelines. Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly
