📍 Location: Danvers, 01905, Massachusetts ⏳ Schedule:
The position follows a rotational shift system, covering the following shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employees will rotate between these shifts as per the company’s schedule.
💰 Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, document vital signs, and medical histories.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff or physicians.
Support medical procedures, including patient ventilation when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Assist with laboratory tests and sonography procedures as needed.
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
Requirements
Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience in a medical office or nursing home setting is preferred.
Strong patient assessment and care delivery skills.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate demeanor and commitment to high-quality care.
Must pass background checks as required by healthcare regulations.
Preferred Certifications
LVN License (Preferred)
BLS Certification (Preferred)
