    LPN Responsibilities:

    Implement and assess treatment and care plans with sound judgment and critical thinking

    Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with the plan of care and nursing processes

    Perform skills, treatments, and procedures in line with state Nurse Practice Act and agency protocols

    Ensure quality care in accordance with established standards

    LPN Qualifications:

    Active, unencumbered Practical Nurse license in the state of care

    At least one year of nursing experience required; three years preferred

    Current CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest X-ray

    Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

    Strong clinical skills and self-direction, with minimal supervision required

    Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)

    Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds

    Client mobility support as needed
