  • Responsibilities

    Cedar Park Med is seeking LPNs-Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves ensuring seamless care transitions, supervising CNAs, administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and acting as a resident advocate. The ideal candidate will follow care plans, maintain proper documentation, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

    16 weeks contract with possibilities for extension. All shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited LPN program with a valid LPN license in New York State.
    • Current CPR certification.
