Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide administrative and caregiving support at our Adult Daycare Center. Lead with Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Adult Daycare Center, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Create Impactful Programs: Design and implement engaging recreational, physical, and educational programs that cater to the unique needs of adults in care.

Inspire Others: Supervise and mentor clinical students, Care Aides, and volunteers, helping them grow in their roles and ensure quality care is delivered.

Make a Real Difference: Work closely with families and caregivers to track the progress of participants and provide them with the support they need.

Work with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure the health and safety of those in your care.

Manage Operations: Keep accurate records, handle incident reports, and ensure compliance with all regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of Indiana (active and in good standing).

Previous experience in a similar setting is a plus, but we welcome those who are eager to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills – you know how to manage time, prioritize, and lead a team.

A compassionate, patient demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
