About the Role:

Forrester Homecare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and report changes in patient's condition

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
