Job Description:

Dazzle Healthcare LLC is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in G-tube feedings and respiratory care, including the use of cough assist devices and suction machines. This role is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse looking to provide essential care to patients in a home or facility-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform G-tube feedings and maintenance, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Operate and manage respiratory equipment, including cough assist devices, suction machines, and nebulizers. • Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to RNs or physicians. • Educate families and caregivers on proper equipment use and care. • Assist with medication administration and daily care routines.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in NJ • Minimum 1 year of experience in G-tube and respiratory equipment care. • Strong communication and patient care skills. • BLS certification required • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
