    Job Summary:
    We are seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare staffing pool. As an LPN with Ocean Luxe Healthcare, you will provide high-quality patient care, support RNs and physicians, and ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
    • Assist RNs and physicians in developing and implementing patient care plans.
    • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
    • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
    • Follow infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
    • Support daily living activities for patients, ensuring comfort and quality of care.

    Requirements:

    • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
    • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, etc.).
    • BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred for certain roles).
    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to various healthcare environments.
    • Flexible availability, including potential weekend and holiday shifts.
