Responsibilities:

As an LPN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care in nursing homes and long-term care facilities , ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care. Your duties include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting any changes to RNs and physicians
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions
• Assisting CNAs in delivering patient care
• Ensuring accurate documentation of medical records
• Educating residents and their families on health management
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment following facility protocols

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
