Dazzle Healthcare LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care. This role involves providing direct patient care and assisting with medical treatments in home and facility-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care, including suctioning and monitoring.
•	Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
•	Assist with patient assessments and report changes to the RN or physician.
•	Educate patients and families on care procedures.
•	Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

•	Active LPN license in NJ
•	Minimum 1 year of experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
•	Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
•	BLS certification required.
•	Compassionate and team-oriented.
