Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients
• Taking vital signs and assessing patients
• Obtaining medical history, family history, medication list, current reason for visit, along with any other appropriate assessment
• Communication with providers
• Communication with patients
• Triage calls, answer questions, provide information
• Preparing paperwork
• Working as a part of a team
• Desire to learn; must be flexible, and accepting of change.

Education:

• Must hold a current PA state licensure appropriate for an LPN
• BLS certification required

Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 8 hour shifts
