About the Role: Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who takes pride in delivering compassionate care? Revv Staffing is looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and provide top-notch support to residents at our partner facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent nursing care in line with individualized care plans and facility guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical providers.
• Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising nurse.
• Support residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure all patient needs are met.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of care provided.

What You Bring:

• A valid and current LPN license in New Jersey.
• CPR certification (required).
• Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting (preferred).
