    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Full Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, develop individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances, facilitate the use of various therapeutic interventions: communication, coping skills and strategies to assist clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, psychological areas of struggle, and guide them through crises.     Responsibilities:

    Establish a positive, trusting rapport with all clients and their families.

    Adhere to all industry and licensing ethics and standards.

    Provide mental health counseling, working with adults, adolescents, children, parents, groups, individually, and family sessions to address emotional challenges.

    Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    Facilitate counseling sessions with individuals, groups, and/or families to include intake and managing attendance with all clients.

    Work with Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor and other counselors on staff to coordinate services and consult.

    Participate in weekly meetings and daily/weekly, intake and follow-up activities to include scheduling clients interested in making an appointment with you.

    Perform other related duties as assigned to promote a full case load and elevate your professional skills within the practice.

    Document client progress notes, treatment plans, termination plans in a timely manner (within 24 hours of completing the counseling session).

    Maintain up to date Electronic Health Records in Therapy Notes without reminders.

    Referring clients to specialists if necessary.

    Perform other duties as assigned to support success of the counseling practice.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or other mental health field.

    Hold a current and unrestricted License Professional Counseling license, license and/or certifications in specialized area(s).

    Previous experience as a License Professional Counselor.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Highly organized.

    Excellent Time Management Skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Doctoral Degree in Counseling Related Field.

    Experience successfully managing a caseload of 20-24 clients per week.

    Fluent Spanish
