Position: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Part-Time (with the possibility of full-time employment)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a community-based setting in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Schedule:

Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Part-time hours to start, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group counseling to clients in a community setting.

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health and wellness goals.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Active LPC license in Washington, DC.

Experience providing counseling services in community-based or outpatient settings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
