    Job Summary:
    As a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN), you will provide essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and assisting with daily living activities to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. You will play a critical role in supporting patient care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal health outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and procedures.
    - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurse.
    - Monitor and document patients' vital signs, medical history, and progress, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
    - Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans and nursing assessments.
    - Perform routine diagnostic tests and support therapeutic interventions as needed.
    - Educate patients and their families about health management, medications, and care techniques.
    - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
    - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
    - Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care and support.
    - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols.
    - Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    - Current and valid LPN license.
    - Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
    - Previous nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
    - Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, procedures, and terminology.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    - Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
    - Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
