Responsibilities

Sell and promote Allstate insurance products to new and existing customers

Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up

Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs

Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission-driven focus

Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation

Qualifications

Must have an Active Property and Casualty License

At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance sales experience

Strong history of top sales performance

Allstate insurance sales experience preferred, but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude

Detail-oriented and compliance-focused

Excellent relationship-building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction

Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed sales goals
