Responsibilities: As a therapist at SF Stress and Anxiety Center, your role will include the following responsibilities: • Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our community • Dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to client sessions and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective management of your workload • Keep your professional license up to date with either the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and ongoing development • Complete progress notes in a timely manner, ensuring the continuity of care for clients and providing accurate and comprehensive documentation • Attend mandatory yearly meetings, which serve as an opportunity to stay informed about any policy or procedural changes within the organization. These meetings also facilitate connections with your colleagues Qualifications: • Have a Doctorate (Ph.D., PsyD) or Master's in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an Accredited University • California Psychologist License or California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License • Have relevant clinical experience using Evidence-Based Practices for psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, communication, life transitions, and more • Understand the HIPAA requirements for mental health records and substance abuse records, and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards • Are excited to collaborate with and learn from other clinicians • Have a strong work ethic • Are technologically-savvy • Are committed to cultural humility and inclusion Compensation: $80 - $120 hourly
