Responsibilities: • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 10 clients weekly to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our community. • Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to client sessions and administrative tasks for effective workload management. • Ensure your professional license remains current with either the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology to showcase dedication to professional standards and continual growth. • Timely completion of progress notes to ensure client care continuity and accurate documentation. • Attend mandatory yearly meetings to stay updated on organizational policy changes and foster connections with colleagues. Qualifications: • Have a Doctorate (Ph.D., PsyD) or Master's in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an Accredited University • California Psychologist License or California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License • Have relevant clinical experience using Evidence-Based Practices for psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, communication, life transitions, and more • Understand the HIPAA requirements for mental health records and substance abuse records, and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards • Are excited to collaborate with and learn from other clinicians • Have a strong work ethic • Are technologically-savvy • Are committed to cultural humility and inclusion Compensation: $80 - $120 hourly
