  • Responsibilities

    We’re hiring a motivated Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our broker of record and our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, planning appointments, and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media, planning team events, and acting as a showing assistant to our lead team members. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented with a Pennsylvania real estate license. This license must be obtained prior to hiring. Compensation: $24,000 base plus Bonus for upwards of 48k per year Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Marketing for the team through social media and print materials • Plan open houses and travel arrangements as needed • Event coordination and planning • Showing Assistant as needed by team members. • Handling incoming phone and text line for the team directing calls or answering questions as needed. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Background in real estate is required for this position • Experience in real estate admin, client services, or similar office coordination role preferred. • Strong communication skills —phone, email, and in-person professionalism a must. • Tech-savvy —proficient with CRM platforms, MLS, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. • Highly organized —capable of managing multiple deadlines, files, and projects simultaneously. • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. • Time management skills to handle fast-paced environments with responsiveness. Comfortable coordinating across agents, clients, vendors, and partners. • Flexible availability to match Broker's and office needs (scheduling discussed upon hire). • Experience with marketing, event coordination, and social media is a plus. • A passion for real estate and helping others is highly valued. Compensation: $24,000 base plus bonus
