Responsibilities: • Manage a pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers — no cold calling required. • Accurately price and position homes to attract strong offers. • Create compelling listings and marketing campaigns with full team support. • Negotiate winning deals and guide clients seamlessly through every stage of the transaction. • Stay sharp: constantly study local market trends, pricing strategies, and neighborhood activity. • Deliver a 5-star client experience that creates referrals and repeat business. Qualifications: • Active North Carolina Real Estate License. • Proficiency using MLS and CRM platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage client relationships with a service-first mindset. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools. • Driven, goal-oriented, and committed to excellence. Compensation: $123,500+ At-Plan Commission
