This position is available because she moved. Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in Rehoboth Beach, DE and the surrounding beach towns, providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers to ensure they feel valued and prioritized. • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their real estate journey, offering personalized updates and timely follow-ups to keep them informed and engaged. • Proactively anticipate and address client needs, delivering effective solutions and creating a seamless and satisfying experience. • Update and manage online property listings to attract potential buyers, utilizing innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility and interest. • Attend open houses, showings, and client events in Rehoboth Beach, DE, leaving a positive and memorable impression while assisting in organizing successful events for maximum impact. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or as an executive assistant. Having a real estate license (past or present) is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, paying close attention to detail. • High level of emotional intelligence to navigate diverse personalities and situations gracefully. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, proficient in drafting professional correspondence and delivering information effectively. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and AI is a must. Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate platforms, and marketing tools are a plus. Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 yearly
