Jenny Rutherford Real Estate is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team in Tybee Island, GA. As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant with our company, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative, organizational, and client support to our real estate broker. Your responsibilities will include streamlining daily operations, managing transactions, handling client communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of the real estate process. Your contribution will be essential in improving client satisfaction levels and boosting team efficiency! All candidates must have a valid Real Estate license, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and be willing to work at least 2 weekends per month. Responsibilities: • Assist real estate agents in preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and other transaction documents. • Coordinate and host/attend property showings, open houses, and client meetings, weekends included. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and MLS data. • Provide exceptional client service through timely communication, updates, and follow-ups. • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for real estate agents. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions. • Perform market research and analysis to support client decision-making. • Handle administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and paperwork. • Support marketing initiatives, including the creation of property brochures, social media posts, and other promotional materials. • Assist with client onboarding and orientation, explaining processes and providing support as needed. • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to coordinate inspections, repairs, and other necessary tasks. • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Qualifications: • Valid Georgia Real Estate License. • Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable mode of transportation. • Proven experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative/support role within the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of real estate practices, MLS systems, and transaction management. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently. • Proficiency in real estate software and G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • Open availability, including nights and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications : • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools. • Familiarity with property management and real estate compliance requirements. • Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
