Responsibilities include organizing daily operations, managing transactions, and ensuring smooth real estate processes to enhance client satisfaction and team efficiency. Requirements: Valid Real Estate and driver's licenses, reliable transportation, and availability to evenings & weekends as needed. Responsibilities: • Assist real estate agents in preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and other transaction documents. • Coordinate and host/attend property showings, open houses, and client meetings, weekends included. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and MLS data. • Provide exceptional client service through timely communication, updates, and follow-ups. • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for real estate agents. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions. • Perform market research and analysis to support client decision-making. • Handle administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and paperwork. • Support marketing initiatives, including the creation of property brochures, social media posts, and other promotional materials. • Assist with client onboarding and orientation, explaining processes and providing support as needed. • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to coordinate inspections, repairs, and other necessary tasks. • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Qualifications: • Valid Georgia Real Estate License. • Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable mode of transportation. • Proven experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative/support role within the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of real estate practices, MLS systems, and transaction management. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently. • Proficiency in real estate software and G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • Open availability, including nights and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications : • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools. • Familiarity with property management and real estate compliance requirements. • Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
