We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team and partner with one of our Top Agents!
Responsibilities:
- Social Media- Create social media templates, grow online presence, grow following, etc.
- Propose new marketing initiatives to grow client database
- Schedule all showings and assist with 50-60% of them
- Drop/pick-up lockboxes
- Coordinate + meet with contractors for listing prep and buyers/due diligence
- Attend final walkthroughs
- Keep running list of contractors
- Order gifts for closings + referrals + holidays
- Put together weekly rundown reports for listings
- Get listing feedback for all listings
- Setup + keep all FMLS searches updated
- Keep master Google Drive updated w/all pertinent information
- Turn in referrals + under contracts
- Input offers + exhibits + amendments for signature
- Keep an eye out for off market + coming soon homes via social media
- Sending mass emails to find off-market + coming soon emails
- Keep CRM updated
- Organize client events + help find funding
- Find new groups/organizations/networking events/etc to join and find new clients
- Continue to streamline our processes and procedures
Assistant Requirements:
- Georgia Real Estate License
