A valid Real Estate license is required to be considered for this position. We are a growing residential real estate brokerage seeking a key team member to join us as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate: • Has strong attention to detail, organization, and a preference for following processes • Is patient, supportive, and thrives in a collaborative environment where priorities can change often • Doesn’t bat an eye at taking on a new task or learning something new • Is highly savvy with technology • Is a problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: • Team Assistance: • Act as the broker's right-hand person, providing administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing transaction details and coordinating between Listing and Transaction Coordinators, contractors, and clients to ensure no detail is overlooked. • Assist with the preparation of listing paperwork and drafting offers. • Sales Support: • Help ensure that the Broker has the support and organization required to achieve his personal and brokerage sales goals and help track goals. • Strategic Initiatives: Support the broker in planning and executing strategic initiatives such as updates to Buyer guides or Listing presentations, CRM/tech changes, documenting new procedures, growth and prospecting goals, market research, and competitor analysis. • Creative Content: • Develop and produce compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns, to engage potential clients and build the brand. (Don’t worry- you’ll have help implementing - we just need a ringleader to make sure the projects are executed!) • Consistent Branding: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity through all marketing materials, social media, and communications, ensuring consistency and quality. • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining a functional workspace. • Manage Broker's calendar, coordinating appointments and property showings. Arrange and attend inspections, appraisals, and contractor visits as needed. Handle lockbox and For Sale sign installations or removals and host open houses as needed. • Lifestyle support, as needed. Broker is a busy professional with two teenage boys and wears multiple hats. He is focused and driven but occasionally needs assistance arranging a date night, dropping off a forgotten laptop charger for a kiddo, or managing a family project. • Client Support: • Personal Touches: Send personalized birthdays, home anniversaries, holiday greetings, and congratulatory messages to clients. • Client Drop-Offs Gift Selection: Plan and manage seasonal drop-offs of small gifts or tokens of appreciation to existing VIP clients. Select and distribute closing gifts, thank-you gifts, and referral rewards to clients. • CRM Maintenance: Update our client relationship management (CRM) with client interactions, preferences, and important dates for personalized service. • Event Planning: Organize client appreciation events, such as Astros games, happy hours, holiday parties, and community gatherings to reinforce client loyalty. • Assist with: Property showings and meeting clients and contractors as needed. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Compensation: $45,000
