We are looking for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting daily real estate operations. This role is essential in managing transactions, client communications, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for buyers and sellers. Responsibilities: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organizer of the CEO Daily Visions • Gatekeeper- First point of contact for all Contracted Sellers (along with LC) • Field all Calls • Schedule High-Level appointments for CEO/TL • Process or organize any HOT Priority request from the CEO/Team Lead/Lead Listing Agent • Listing Lead Tracking and Coordination for Lead Agent • Prepare Listing Packages • Prospect for Listings • Listing Lead Follow-up after Appt that does not result in a signed contract • Set Listing Appts for Lead Listing Agent • Prepare CMA/Market Research • Visit and Evaluate Properties • Complete or Delegate to LC to Complete Listing Contracts • Prepare and Stage Home with Seller • Prepare Thank You Notes for Lead Agent • Educate the Seller about the Process as it moves forward • Manage CEO/L/Lead Listing Agent Calendar • Advise on Repairs with the Lead Agent • Attend Closing • Arrange for Closing Gifts • Assist with the transfer of keys • Return Calls to Sellers as needed • Provide access to Photographer • Provide access to a staging company to furnish and accessorize the house • Shopping for additional props for the house-sheets, bedding, candles, decor-and arranging at the house • Manages, oversees, and attends Coop agent showings of active listings -prepares home before and after showing • Plan and attend Broker Open Houses • Attend all inspections, contractors access, appraisal appts • Complete required Agent Disclosures for listing agent with review by listing agent or ops manager/listing coordinator • Keep listing supplies stocked (ie: car supplies - wipes, water bottles, cleaning supplies, TP, lockboxes, twist ties, etc) • Install and remove lockboxes • Manages showing requests • Prospects- Door Knocking, Circle Dialing, etc. Qualifications: • Active real estate license (required) • 1+ years of experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related role (preferred) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and agent support • Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, and transaction management platforms • Knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Lead Agent and team • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, listings, and client records • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle challenges proactively • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Suite • Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset and ability to build strong client relationships • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , occasionally outside of standard business hours Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
