Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • Strong negotiating skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week • Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or get one before starting) Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
