Licensed Real Estate Buyer’S Sales Specialist

Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close buyer sales • Set appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions
