Responsibilities: • Build real estate client relationships to buy and sell homes successfully • Guide and inform real estate clients in buying and selling residential properties • Be proactive with property showings with expert guidance and advice • Build relationships with real estate clients and provide ongoing support with follow-up, nurturing, and closing • Network and market to prospect for new real estate customers • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value for Sellers • Manage all aspects of your CRM, the MLS, and marketing of real estate listings • Ensure all terms of real estate purchase contracts are met • Be a team player who works well with team members - we have a friendly and supportive environment! Qualifications: • Active Current Illinois Real Estate License (Proven experience as a real estate agent. Licensed and closed min. of 6 transactions in past 12 mo.).
