Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients in Naperville, IL for successful home buying and selling transactions. • Provide expert guidance and advice to real estate clients throughout the process of buying and selling residential properties. • Proactively schedule and conduct property showings, offering valuable insights and recommendations. • Offer continuous support to real estate clients through follow-up, nurturing, and facilitating the closing process. • Engage in networking and marketing activities to attract new real estate customers in the Naperville area. • Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate the value of properties for sellers. • Manage and maintain CRM, MLS listings, and marketing strategies effectively. • Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions stipulated in real estate purchase contracts. • Collaborate effectively with team members in a friendly and supportive work environment.
