Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with clients. • Consult with customers to identify their real estate needs and pinpoint properties that meet their specifications. • Help buyers decide on the best lender and buying options that meet their requirements. • Record key data in documents such as purchase arrangements, closing statements, representation contracts, leases, and deeds. • Enhance customer base by engaging in advertising and referral activities. • Offer assistance and advice to internal and external customers every step of the way toward closing a deal. • Keep up with changes in the lending sector and observe trends in the real estate field. • Pursue and build a rewarding career in real estate through collaboration with experienced real estate agents. • Communicate effectively to ensure successful transactions with all parties of the transactions. • Reach out to potential customers and keep records of all activities. • Follow up on leads and know-how to direct your marketing efforts. • Attend open houses, MLS, and other industry-related events to generate more sales. • Possess a team-oriented attitude, with the drive to be successful. Qualifications: • Friendly and welcoming toward all clients and customers. • Possess a valid Florida Realtor Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one. • Have a valid Driver's License. • Familiar with real estate trends and local geography. • Proficient in using CRM software and other related technologies (or willingness to learn new technology). • Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. • Willing to learn new tools, systems, processes, and technologies. • Show a helpful and customer-focused attitude. • Remain persistent and resilient when facing difficult situations. • Possess the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn as well as trust in teammates. • Being able to think outside the box and solve problems. Compensation: $35,000 - $95,000+ At Plan Commission
