We are seeking a driven individual with a background in real estate administration or sales to support our continued growth. Responsibilities: • Track inbound lead flow and qualify leads to ensure optimal client engagement. • Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and facilitate conversions. • Manage and organize the Agent’s schedule, optimizing efficiency and productivity. • Assist in creating and implementing effective lead generation and follow-up systems. • Coordinate listing activities and assist in showing properties to potential buyers. • Plan and organize client events to enhance engagement and foster relationships. • Supervise and delegate tasks to virtual assistants to ensure seamless operations. • Perform walkthroughs as required to support the agent. • Develop and distribute free materials and guides to provide added value to clients. • Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate client data and communication records. • Manage and monitor social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and more, to drive growth and engagement. Measure of Success in the Role: • Provide quintessential value to buyers and sellers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Deliver higher quality customer service to clients, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty. • Generate more referrals from our sphere of influence through exceptional service and relationship-building efforts. • Increase lead flow, capture, and conversion rates through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies. • Remove tasks from the Realtor's plate, allowing them to focus on lead generation activities and business growth. Qualifications: • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrator in the real estate industry or at least 2 years as a real estate agent. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrated success in creating organized systems from chaos. • Proficiency in G Suite, CRM software, website management, video editing, and social media platforms. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Active South Carolina real estate license required. • Competency in social media marketing and content creation. • Learning mindset with a desire for professional and personal growth. • Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt accordingly.
