Responsibilities: • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • Great communication • Real Estate License RequiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan
