Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Real estate sales Qualifications: • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Real Estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
