    We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal candidate has a talent for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Team and individual sales • Lead follow up • Lead generation • CRM and database mastery • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • A real estate license requiredMust live in the Greater Phoenix Area • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $155,000 at plan
