Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan commissions
