Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for your clients. • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your business within the specific geographies we serve. • Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales.
