Responsibilities: • Manage the entire sales process, overseeing listings through to closings to ensure a smooth transaction experience for clients. • Utilize your local market expertise to assist clients in their home search and offer valuable insights on different communities. • Proactively seek out and cultivate new leads to expand business within targeted geographies. • Provide top-notch service by establishing strong client relationships and becoming their trusted advisor for future business opportunities. • Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture prospects and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
