Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Communicate with team leaders to ensure your listings are being marketed, and lean on JR. agents to assist with Open Houses. Qualifications: • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Must possess a real estate license • +1 year of experience generating real estate leads Compensation: $100,000+ Potential
