Responsibilities: • Intake of new leads/opportunities during “lead shifts”. Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget. Work to secure an initial meeting • Use our state-of-the-art CRM tool that utilizes artificial intelligence to help you stay on top of prospects and follow up in a timely order to increase the conversion ratio above industry standards. Our agents work smart and convert at a much higher rate than industry standards, allowing them to have more work-life balance • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Consult as an industry-leading professional to prospective buyers and guide their journey of property ownership • Prepare market analysis reports and provide detailed analytics to prospects • Prepare purchase agreements, work with lenders to secure financing for clients, negotiate property sales between buyer and seller, attend inspections, and attend closings with homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Continually attend sales meetings and training as we help you grow and achieve the success you want and desire in 1/2 the time as any other brokerage • Utilize our transaction coordinators to assist you in closing more deals and protecting you from any liability and the clients • Be willing to work with clients on their schedule, which may include nights and weekends Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Florida Real Estate License and in good standing with the DBPR • Must currently reside in the Volusia County Market to be considered • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills accompanied by an attitude of excellence • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to work in a full-time capacity • Must be tech-savvy and able to navigate various software packages in order to maintain profitable client relations Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000+ at plan yearly
