Receive 15 - 25 appointments and leads per month and make up to $150,000 or more in 12 months. Responsibilities: • Conduct timely follow-up with all incoming leads via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients. • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system to ensure efficient lead tracking and management. • Schedule and coordinate client appointments and property showings based on lead interest and readiness to take the next step. • Work closely with the leadership team to provide insights on lead activity, including feedback and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • Technology driven • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Self-motivation and drive What We’re Looking For: • A current real estate license, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. • Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs. • Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills. • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performance team. • A passion for personal and professional growth, with a relentless drive to achieve results. • A commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience, always prioritizing their needs and goals. • Residential real estate experience or a strong sales background is a plus. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+
