Responsibilities: • Develop an understanding of clients’ needs and provide tailored advice and assistance. • Make an effort to quickly build connections and rapport with customers. • Present accurate analysis of market activity, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings. • Become knowledgeable in new construction sales processes and strategies. • Make sure customers are aware of all steps and significant details of the home buying/selling process. • Remain open to further education and growth opportunities in the real estate field. • Participate in team meetings and training and be open to fresh methods and sales practices. Qualifications: • Should demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service abilities • Must possess strong organizational skills, effective planning capabilities, and a proactive approach to follow-up • Open to adopting and implementing new marketing and sales strategies in the real estate industry • Proficient in selling products and services with a proven track record of success • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at multitasking, and displaying creativity Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
