Responsibilities: • Consulting with clients to determine their real estate objectives; • Functioning as a liaison between buyers and sellers; • Providing outstanding customer service and keeping in close contact with clients; • Showing residential properties available in the market; • Participating in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to increase sales opportunities; • Developing new customers through networking and marketing; • Guiding up to 60 buyers through the home purchase process annually; • Helping buyers and sellers overcome obstacles throughout the sales transaction; • Maintaining relationships with past customers to generate repeat and referral business. Qualifications: • Current Real Estate License or be willing to get one... we can guide you through the process (this is required) and can be obtained in a short period of time • Be a problem solver.
